Rakesh Talwar, have a
diverse and rich experience of more than 27 years in providing

giving consultancy to many corporations as regards the various
requirements of Government and Semi-government Organizations.

purchase policies of the Government of India, their existing
requirements and the procedure of introducing new products. This

The Indian Government
makes the purchases according to their list of products in the
purchase schedule which is as per the requirement of various user

India for the appointment of agents, stockiest and distributors. To

facilitate smooth running of business in India.
CO-ORDINATING:
I act as a coordinator between the partners and make the marketing
plans/strategies accordingly to be adopted for institutional business
in India. This coordination is required for both existing business
and new business development.
PROCURING: I help in the
structuring of the procurement process of various products such as
analytical instruments, medical equipments, pharmaceutical products,
machinery commonly used by industry, user friendly products,
scientific equipments, exclusive products, machinery used by
individuals, products related to Disaster Management and new
inventions. Here, the policy of introducing new products achieves
fantastic results. Every government department has sufficient funds
allocated for up-gradation and development. The changing technology
gives enough room to replace the old products.
MULTIPURPOSE
ACTIVITIES: I am able to handle multiple activities because I have a
well experienced team working with me. My team covers all the five
zones of India. Our activities also include assistance in inspection
of the items supplied, clearing the shipment, facilitating the local
and inter-state transportation and guidance to the partner where ever
problems arise.
ANALYSING: Designing a
viable report for conducting business in India, plays a very
important role. This requires a lot of team work to collect accurate
data, projections, viability and time frame for the execution of the
projects.
